Bookings
Thank you for wanting to book with me! To ensure your appointment and that your booking is complete you must have filled out an intake form and then gotten an email confirming your scheduled appointment. If you do not see your desired date and/or time available please contact me on the contact page (most applicable to makeup/wedding services.)
Payment
Payment for service is required prior to leaving the studio the day of your appointment. Forms of payment include cash, card or Venmo. For bridal/bridal party services there is a required security deposit of 20% of your total service cost to lock in your desired date (very important from May - October, as this is busy wedding season and those services are in high demand.)
Liability
Your health, safety and happiness are important to me and I can guarantee all are a factor in how I run my Studio. Daily cleaning procedures are taken place to ensure a clean and safe environment. Disposables are thrown away after each client and tools, machines, bedding are cleaned/ replaced in between clients. Some services have contraindications and/or post-service guidelines which will be provided by your service provider, it is up to you as the client to understand and follow them. Failure to do so could result in unwanted reactions, irritations, etc. in which the service provider is not at fault.
Cancellations/ No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will result in 20% of your total service cost being charged to your card on file, if you do not nave a card on file, then an invoice will be sent and must be paid before your next appointment, if failure to do so then I can no longer accept you as a client. This also applies if you neglect your scheduled appointment and do not show up with no prior communication. There are exceptions: if you are sick please do not come in let's get you rescheduled, could not find childcare, first time offense.
Children
I understand childcare is not always accessible. Children are allowed to come with you to your appointment, however there are exceptions: I please ask for everyone's safety, but especially your child’s that they remain seated for the duration of the appointment and do not touch things. Your child also must remain in their own seat (cannot be on your lap), brow scissors are sharp and wax is hot, so it is best to avoid your child getting too close. If child being present becomes am issue and interferes with the service to the point that I can not complete the service, I will ask that we reschedule.
